Refund & Returns Policy

At One‑Click Hardware & Delivery, we value your satisfaction and aim to provide quality products and reliable service. This Refund & Returns Policy outlines our guidelines regarding returns and exchanges.

By making a purchase from our store, you agree to the terms below.


1. No Cash Refunds

We operate under the same policy as most hardware suppliers in Jamaica:
No cash refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

We encourage all customers to review their order carefully before finalizing payment.


2. Returns Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • You must inspect the goods immediately upon delivery.

  • Any defects, damages, or discrepancies must be reported to the delivery driver on the spot or within 24 hours via WhatsApp or email (oneclickhardware@gmail.com).

  • Returned items must be in original condition, unused, and in their original packaging.


3. Exchange or Store Credit

If a return is accepted based on the above terms, we will offer either:

  • A product exchange, or

  • A store credit (valid for 90 days)

Cash refunds will not be provided.


4. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are not eligible for return, including:

  • Items marked as “Final Sale”

  • Cut materials (e.g., wires, pipes, wood) customized per order

  • Items damaged after delivery due to misuse, improper storage, or installation

  • Perishable goods or items affected by moisture or temperature


5. Delivery Issues or Incorrect Orders

If we deliver the wrong item or quantity, please notify us immediately so we can arrange:

  • A replacement delivery, or

  • A pick-up and exchange, at no extra cost

We do not accept responsibility for incorrect orders submitted by the customer. Please double-check your order before submitting.
