Delivery Policy

Effective Date: June 1, 2025

At One‑Click Hardware & Delivery, we are committed to providing fast, accurate, and secure delivery of your purchased goods. Our delivery procedures are designed to protect both our customers and our team, ensuring a smooth handover of all hardware and supplies.


1. Delivery Responsibilities

Our trained delivery personnel are responsible for the safe and accurate transport of your order from our store to your designated location. Their duties include:

  • Verifying the items against the invoice before dispatch

  • Ensuring all goods are undamaged and complete before leaving the premises

  • Transporting the items securely to prevent damage in transit

  • Confirming the identity of the recipient upon delivery


2. Delivery Confirmation

To complete the delivery process, the receiving customer (or an authorized representative) must:

  • Check the order at the time of delivery

  • Confirm the correctness and condition of the items

  • Sign our Digital Delivery Sheet as proof of receipt

📝 Important: By signing the digital delivery confirmation, the customer acknowledges that:

  • All listed goods were received in good condition

  • No discrepancies or damages were present at the time of delivery


3. Delivery Issues

If there are any issues with the order (e.g., missing or incorrect items), they must be reported immediately to the delivery personnel and noted before signing the digital delivery sheet. After confirmation, we will assess and resolve the issue promptly.

Complaints received after the delivery has been signed and accepted may not be eligible for returns or exchanges (see our Refund & Returns Policy).


4. Failed Deliveries

If no one is available to receive the order upon delivery:

  • Our team will attempt to contact the customer

  • A second delivery may be rescheduled at an additional cost

  • Unclaimed items will be held for up to 3 business days


5. Delivery Areas & Timing

We currently deliver within Kingston and surrounding parishes. Orders are typically fulfilled within 24-48 hours once payment is confirmed.
